The Law Practice
Don’s practice has been statewide
since 1975. He has obtained the highest jury verdicts ever in seventeen
different Florida counties. In 2006, he achieved
an award in excess of
$50 Million on behalf of Costa Rican fern growers against DuPont for
damages caused to their crops by the fungicide Benlate. In recent years, Don’s interest
has turned to the representation of victims injured by the inhalation of
toxic gases due to negligent repair maintenance and construction. The
law firm successfully represented thirteen doctors and nurses injured in
a Ft. Pierce hospital where insurance companies denied coverage.
Recently, a highly publicized carbon monoxide case was successfully
completed for multiple victims, again with insurance companies denying
coverage. Don’s firm has for years traded on the formula of a small
caseload, appellate law firm support and individual hands-on
involvement.
